Please note that this policy is for appointments with Emerging Minds’ clinicians.

• We require 2 business days’ notice for cancellation without charge. Please contact the appropriate administrative person if you are unable to attend your appointment.

• We do not send out reminder emails for appointments. Families may receive a reminder email for their assessment in general, depending on the clinician.

• If your child is ill, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know.

• For all appointments, please contact the clinician directly.
